An Escape Room (comprising Design Thinking Activities, Storytelling and the actual immersive games through an Hackathon event)
Meeting reports in each transnational meeting;
Training materials for mentors regarding two distinct actions, one focused on the pedagogical, methodological and social competences when engaging with IDDs students in Higher Education Contexts and another one concerning specific skills, such as: digital literacy, entrepreneurship, business, etc. These training materials will be available in various formats (e.g. video, text), and assessed by several European Frameworks.
Digital handbooks with the pedagogical and didactical guidelines;
Joint-staff training activities for mentors, educators and researchers from the partnership;
A set of research studies, surveys, scientific publications and reports, raising awareness of the issues of the engagement between educators and students with special needs, demonstrating which practices and results were achieved concerning aspects as: social context, employability, digital skills, entrepreneurship, etc. These “Good practices” deliverables will suggest measures to promote sustainable outcomes which cover and address these issues.
Best practices Handbooks on pedagogical, methodological, social and technological guidelines showcasing which practices can be better to implement with IDDs students.
A roadmap to labour market guidance based on deliverables that focuses job descriptions; cv presentation; ethic guidelines on labour market; supporting tools for online and open recruitment.
A job incubation that allow fewer effective trainees (which could unstable a work environment) to improve their autonomy through an adapted monitoring tailored to their labour competences and needs.
